Well.......

Nope.

Just left the doctors. Even after contractions 3-5 min. a part for 20 hours, she hasn't dilated anymore. Christiana is still floating. She isn't engaged yet. She is also "sunnyside up". This could mean a longer labor. Gadese is growing increasingly more silent and tired. She is so strong. I am in awe.

I'll be praying for Gadese and Christiana. I delivered my first sunny-side up....not alot of fun. 3 hours of unproductive pushing (they made me stop after 3 hours)and then they had to use forceps....please don't tell Gadese that if it will freak her out! Hopefully things will be much easier for her!!!

My first labor was 38 hours long and culminated in a vacuum extraction (like forceps only a suction cup). It was exhausting. I am praying for Gadese... I made it and so will she!

I can't imagine what she's feeling or the pain she's going through. I bet she is so ready for Chrisitana to be here.

Sweet God,
Thank you for being with Gadese. Thank you that nothing bad has happened and that the baby is healthy. I pray she will come today and that the delivery will go smoothly. I pray for strength and relief for Gadese. Draw her into your presence right now and give her strength, comfort & peace. Please be with Alex and shower his heart with joy. Amen.
