Just FYI, if the twins are still having diarreah, guava is a miracle worker in that area. When I was pregnant with twins I contracted camplyobacteria, and my naturopath M.D. prescribed taking one or two guava every two hours. He said if I didn't like the taste to put a little salt on it. It's in the frozen fruit section of Hispanic grocery stores usually. I overcame it without any antibiotics and it was pretty serious.
