What Does This Mean?????

I was driving this morning listening to praise music. When I was sitting at a red light , a man in another car was trying to get my attention. I thought maybe he wanted to tell me my tire was low. But NO. He told me and I quote, "Driving like a little huddsy is not attractive to you."
Okay, what in the world is a huddsy? What does this mean?

My first thought was maybe God was using him to bring my bad driving habits to my attention. I didn't know I had any, but you don't know what you don't know.

OR

Maybe he's an idiot and I'm over thinking this way too much.

BTW- this "huddsy" driver has not had a ticket in over 10 years.

This morning did bring up a good point. How many other areas of my life do I need to work on that I'm totally unaware of. What unexposed sins do I have buried? So, whether I'm a "huddsy driver" or not. I am thankful the driver felt compelled to tell me. My prayer today is for the Lord to open the eyes of heart and lead me to recognition and confession of any and all sin I hold in my heart.

I am not sure what that means, but I got a comment on how I drive the cart in the grocery store from an old man.......he apparently doesn't know how hard it is to steer with 4 children under 5 attatched to it..... :)

You're so cute! Maybe you shouldn't have been dancing to your radio! :)

Love your heart!

I don't know what it means either. But I appreciate your desire to have a pure heart before God.

Huddsy?! Was he sober?

I echo what the others said...love your heart! When I grow up I want to be just like you :)

Thanks for always being a bright spot in my day!!

Good for you for not totally freaking out about it. I get my feelings hurt if someone gives me the smallest little honk! While of course we should always be examining ourselves for sin-I wouldn't let this guy get to you. I hate to mention this word in relation to you-but do you think he meant hussy? I have just never heard the word huddsy before. Maybe he was drunk.

Just gotta love you Steff! Who cares what the word means if it causes you to approach God in such a humble fashion. You are such an inspiration. Prayers go out to your newest members, your court date and your trip. Who is staying with the kids? Hugs!

I would head over to hoodmamamel.blogspot.com and ask her, she wrote a really funny post about some words she is learning from two teenage boys living with her right now.

fyi- she is my sis in law!!

I bet you are an awesome driver!

Maybe he meant hussy. How weird is that. So what did you say? "Ok! Thanks!" and you roll your window back up? AWKWARD! You should have totally taken your tooth out, given him the thumbs up & been like "Thanks dude!"

Whoa... that's weird and would have freaked me about a little bit. But, way to take a look at it and use such a random encounter to ask for the benefit of your spiritual life and walk with God. My pea brain would never go there... thanks for shining!!!

Never heard that word before. What a champ you are for finding the positive in all things. :)

FYI--I googled the word and got no worth while info. I think he was speaking a foreign language and was calling you a hot babe:)

You completely crack me up. You're MUCH more gracious than I would be...turning it into a God thing. ;)

Maybe he was referring to HIMSELF...and sad that he would not be attractive TO you? *laughing*

Hi! I have been talking with someone who is adoption from BFAS and she shared your blog with me. Twins!!! HOW EXCITING! I am getting ready to mail our application into BFAS, but before I do, I wanted to hear from another family who is using them. Are you happy? Has the process gone well? I'm sorry to contact you through a comment, but I wasn't sure how else to do it! :)
Thanks so much!

wow that is weird, I bet he said hussy, that is a bad word, I only say that because Huddsy is not a word and hussy is especially when used with little. the to together if that is what he was saying was a very bad insult and I wouldn't take this as any sort of correctin rather the enemies ploy to bring condenmation. God reveals our hidden sins and weaknesses privately and if we don't listen and I know you do then he will use someone to gently correct in love. It wouldn't be an insult like that. This guy if anything was a bad distracting person who had a critical spirit and the very vulgarness in him was to cause you to quit paising God, a distraction. The enemy hates praise and worship more than anything and it grates on his nerves. I think it is good that you are such a deep thinker and your heart is right to always keep in self examination. Search me and know my ways try me and see if there be a wicked way in me. You are in right standing I would pray for that bitter man.
